The Small Print

Please be aware that I usually am invited to work on computer systems with problems. Although a highly experienced problem-solver, I cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged information or parts in/on your computer.

During a project, I take notes and document how much time is spent on what part of the project. If that part of the project is not fixed, there'll be no charge for it.

For locations that require a half hour of travel or more, I think it's reasonable to have a minimum fee: the travel time for a one-way trip.

Saturday $60 / hour $60 / hour
Sunday $75 / hour $75 / hour

For destinations outside Scituate, there's a small charge to cover the cost of gas.
