The Small Print

Please be aware that I usually am invited to work on computer systems with problems. Although a highly experienced problem-solver, I cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged information or parts in/on your computer.

I'm a firm believer of the No Cure, No Pay principle. If your problem is not fixed, there's no charge.

For locations that require a half hour of travel or more, a minimum fee is applied: the travel time for a one-way trip.

Saturday $85 / hour $85 / hour
Sunday $125 / hour $125 / hour

For destinations outside Scituate, there's a small charge to cover the cost of gas:
