Why the Amazing Dutchman?
Many computer users would like to have someone nearby that speaks "computer" and can explain it in layman's terms, so that when they have questions, they can get answers they understand.  Whether you want a new "toy" like an iPhone or a  digital camera installed on your computer, convert your computer to Windows 7, share the internet connection with other computers in your house or office, set up a secure wireless network, install an antivirus program, ad- and spyware-blocker or a firewall, or would like to rid your computer of those dreaded "blue screens".

Why the Amazing Dutchman?
I am concerned about mankind's environmental footprint. We live in a throw-away society. However, in most cases, there is no need to discard your computer, just because it's slow. A thorough look at the inside of your computer, as well as Windows itself, maybe some more memory or a larger hard disk drive usually is enough to bring back the crisp speed and the spark of youth to your computer. O, and yes: I drive a Hybrid.

Why the Amazing Dutchman?
When I started the Dutchman in 2003, I was amazed that starting a business here was that easy. That and all the small differences between the Netherlands and the USA shaped the name of my business: the Amazed Dutchman.
There was a drawback: new clients kept telling me that I made a mistake when I named my business. When my business certificate came up for renewal I listened to my faithful clients and changed the business name to what they insisted it should be: the Amazing Dutchman.
